It is a very unfamiliar sensation to wake up and not be rushed to be able to enjoy of a cup, a good cup of coffee; especially when drinking coffee might also involve
driving, teaching a class or
having Folger's cafeteria coffee several days a week. While in Coatepec our experiences involving coffee drinking have rapidly changed. Not only are we drinking freshly roasted coffee, but we are as well enjoying of a calm and relaxing atmosphere while feeling we have been taken back to colonial times. Now, we gladly wake and roast, while the church cathedral bells welcomes our newly refined bohemian spirit...a spirit that was only allowed to flourish on the weekends... Me encanta el cafe Veracruzano!

Hey guys, Jesse here! Thank you for the postcards - which I share with the others. It is really enjoyable reading your blog - I think we are all jealous of your adventure and spirit. We all miss you very much. Last weekend we went camping for a Burning Man after burn event. It was a great time - but again you were missed. Be safe - we all look forward to seeing you again.
Much love! Jesse
